Satin Paws Grooming is a boutique-style dog grooming business located in Jonesborough, TN. Specializing in personalized, one-on-one grooming experiences for small and medium breeds. We offer a calm and loving environment. Services include refreshing baths, full grooms, puppy introductions, and specialty add-ons. This home-based salon operates by appointment only and requires vaccinations for all clients.

At Satin Paws Grooming, I believe every dog deserves a calm, one-on-one grooming experience. With over 25 years of grooming experience, I’ve had the joy of working with countless small and medium breeds, each with their own personalities and needs. Because I only take one dog at a time, your pet has my full attention from start to finish.

While I’m very comfortable with most coat types, I haven’t had as much hands-on experience with doodles compared to other breeds. If you’re looking for a very specific doodle style, a groomer who specializes in them might be a better fit. That said, I’m always learning and improving, and I’m more than happy to work with small doodles if you’re patient with me as I continue to refine my doodle grooms.

Unlike busier salons with multiple dogs coming and going, I keep my space quiet and stress-free. My own pets are always safely secured away so your dog can relax without distractions. I find this approach helps make grooming a much more positive experience. For families with multiple pets, I also have crates available when needed.

Most importantly, I treat every dog as if they were my own. My goal is for your pet to leave not only looking their best, but also feeling happy, comfortable, and loved.

** I ask that all dogs be up to date on vaccines, including Bordetella, unless your vet says differently. Paperwork from your vet is required before groom is done. **
